Jerri - Cristina S. always has good vegetarian recipes - if you go to one of my last comments, you'll find her. I cook with lots of tofu and eat lots of rice and beans and that kind of thing - we eat pastas - brown rice dishes... Thank you so much for the wonderful compliment on my Boca post.
